How to understand the "Occupancy Status" and "Detailed Status" of a rental unit?

Occupancy Status
1.Occupied:The unit is currently occupied. There are tenants living in it at this time.
2.Vacant:The rental unit is vacant and not currently occupied by any tenant.

Listing Availability
1.Unavailable:This unit cannot be listed at this time because it is currently occupied or has an upcoming move-in scheduled. 2.Available:This unit is vacant and ready. You can proceed with creating a new rental listing for it.
3.Preparing:This unit is currently undergoing preparation work, such as cleaning or renovation.
