Occupancy Status
1.Occupied:The unit is currently occupied. There are tenants living in it at this time.
2.Vacant:The rental unit is vacant and not currently occupied by any tenant.
Listing Availability
1.Unavailable:This unit cannot be listed at this time because it is currently occupied or has an upcoming move-in scheduled.
2.Available:This unit is vacant and ready. You can proceed with creating a new rental listing for it.
3.Preparing:This unit is currently undergoing preparation work, such as cleaning or renovation.
Detailed Status
1.Pending Move In:The move-in process has not been completed for the tenant.
2.Moved In:The move-in process has been successfully completed, and the tenant has officially occupied the unit.
3.Near Expiry Date:This tenancy is approaching its end date, and no renewal or move-out action has been scheduled.
4.Renewed:The renewal process for this tenancy has been completed. A new tenancy agreement has been generated for the upcoming term.
5.Notified: Check Out On Schedule
A Check-out notification has been sent. The manager has classified this upcoming checkout as 'On Schedule'.
6.Notified: Early Termination
A Check-out notification has been sent. The manager has classified this upcoming checkout as an 'Early Termination'.
7.Notified: Late Move-Out
A Check-out notification has been sent. The manager has classified this upcoming checkout as a 'Late Move-Out'.
8.Checked Out On Schedule
The Check-out process has been completed. This checkout was recorded by the manager as a 'Scheduled, On-Time Checkout'.
