How to understand the status of a landlord tenancy?

Status Explanation
1.Active:The tenancy is currently in effect.
2.Renewed:Rental will be renewed after current rental end date. Hover to see renewal date and renewal rental.
3.Notified:Landlord has confirmed check-out/end date
4.Checked Out:The check out process has been completed and the tenancy has ended.
