在【租務】【業主租賃管理】可進行【退租】操作。 step1:先給業主發送【退房通知】，在退房通知中，完善相關信息。 step2:在發送【退房通知】後，可操作【退房】。 step3:點擊操作【退房】。 step4:完成相關信息的填寫。

在給業主辦理【退房】後，如果有未結清的賬單，可前往【財務】——【賬單管理】。篩選【未支付】賬單，並對爲結清的賬單進行管理。
