How do I view my tenant list and their account activation status?

The tenant list provides an overview of all tenants in your portfolio, allowing you to quickly check their contact information and, most importantly, the activation status of their tenant portal accounts.

This guide will show you where to find the tenant list and how to interpret the different account statuses.

 

Step 1: Navigate to the Tenants List

From the main menu, go to People > Tenants. This will display a complete list of all current and past tenants.

 

Step 2: Understanding Tenant Portal Account Status

In the tenant list, you can see the activation status for each tenant's account. This tells you whether they have set up their access to the tenant portal yet. The statuses are:

  • Not Invited: The welcome email, which contains the link to activate the tenant portal account, has not yet been sent to this tenant.
  • Invited: The welcome email has been sent, but the tenant has not yet clicked the link to set their password and activate their account.
  • Active: The tenant has successfully set up their password via the welcome email and has full access to the tenant portal.

 

Step 3: View and Manage Tenant Details

To see more detailed information for a specific tenant, simply click on their entry in the list. This will take you to their profile page, where you can view and maintain their Personal Information and Address.
